Randolph Youth Hockey Program Annual Scholarship Application

All applicants must be in good academic standing and eligible to play ice hockey for the full 2022-23 season according to school rules in order to be considered. Application and essay must be submitted by May 15, 2023 by 5PM to Rich Fuchs, RFuchs9@gmail.com for anonymous distribution to the Scholarship Committee.  The Scholarship Committee reserves the right to investigate the information contained in this application and should any of the information be deemed false, this application will become void.
